No. You can use your own envelope, as long as it is no bigger than A4 (21 x 30 cm).

What if my parcel weighs more than 1.5 kg?

PaxelAmplop is only for light parcels up to 1.5 kg. For anything heavier, you can use Paxel's other delivery services in the app.

Can I use PaxelAmplop to send food?

PaxelAmplop does not cover food or High Value Shipment items.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes at most 2 days (H+2), anywhere in Paxel's coverage area.

What if my parcel arrives late?

Don't worry: the shipping fee is refunded if delivery takes longer than the 2-day (H+2) estimate.

Is the shipping fee really a flat Rp10,000 to anywhere?
